Reuters - The U.S. National Hurricane Center said Tropical Storm Gustav neared the southwestern coast of Jamaica as of 5 a.m. EDT Friday, heading toward the Cayman Islands, with the storm expected to regain hurricane strength later Friday or on Saturday.
