NORTHEAST WINDS 25 TO 40 MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. THE STRONG WIND WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WHICH WILL REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. SNOW WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE BERING STRAIT LATE THIS EVENING WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND 2 INCHES BY TUESDAY MORNING. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT ONE OR MORE WINTER HAZARDS ARE EXPECTED TO CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.
