A NORTHEAST WIND WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 30 MPH THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY EVENING. LOCAL GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. SNOW WILL DEVELOP FROM THE SOUTH TODAY AND ACCUMULATE TO 3 TO 5 INCHES BY LATE THIS EVENING. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
