* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 15 FEET.
* FORECAST...RISE TO 16.9 FEET TOMORROW EVENING. FALL BELOW FLOOD 
  STAGE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 15 FEET...WATER AFFECTS LOW LYING ROADS.
