A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM
PST SATURDAY.

* TIMING: RAIN AND SNOW WILL BEGIN THIS AFTERNOON THEN QUICKLY
CHANGE TO ALL SNOW. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL BETWEEN 6 PM
AND MIDNIGHT.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 1 TO 3 INCHES...WITH 2 TO 5 INCHES IN
FOOTHILL LOCATIONS AND ABOVE 5000 FEET.

* SNOW LEVELS: 5000 FEET THIS EVENING FALLING TO THE VALLEY FLOORS
BY 10 PM.

* IMPACTS: SNOW WILL CREATE SLICK ROADS AND HAZARDOUS DRIVING
CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ABOVE 5000 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SNOW IS EXPECTED TO POSE AN INCONVENIENCE TO TRAVELERS. ROADS
WILL BECOME SLICK AND HAZARDOUS...WITH SNOW AND ICE FIRST
DEVELOPING ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN
AND USE CAUTION.
