* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING.
* FORECAST...FALL TO 11.4 FEET WEDNESDAY MORNING.
* AT 10.0 FEET...SWAMPLANDS NEAR JAMESTOWN BECOME FLOODED. LOGGING
OPERATIONS AND CATTLE GRAZING IN RIVER BOTTOMLANDS MAY BE AFFECTED.
