For car enthusiasts, the thought of an 838-horsepower bi-turbo V8 engine is the stuff of dreams. But, if news reports are to be believed, people are driving less–especially young people. Those folks are into tech features, so why not deliver a luxury car that has both. The combination of these two elements is called Brabus “iBusiness,” and its here to keep you connected at 200+ MPH.
It’s full name is the Brabus 850 6.0 Biturbo “iBusiness,” but in a world were people have to abbreviate “Too Long Didn’t Read,” into “TLDR,” you’d be forgiven for calling by its short name. This car lives up to its Apple-aping name, as it has been fitted with the latest suite of technology from the innovative American tech giant.
The cavernous back seat of the “iBusiness” features Apple TV, a pair of iPads, an iPhone docking station, and and Apple keyboard and Magic Mouse. With seemingly every toy in the Apple arsenal, the back seat is a tech-lover’s dream, or at least the place where executives can stay connected on the go.
Lest you think the driver is left out of the fun, a tuned twin-turbo 5.9-liter V8 engine has been placed at his/her disposal. It makes 838 horsepower, and is capable of a top speed of 217 miles per hour.
The overall exterior appearance of the Brabus custom ride is not much different from a stock S 65 AMG, while the interior and mechanicals have been vastly modified. Perhaps that is the point, make a ride that is better than the rest, with tech that is better than the rest, but blends in when needed.
